Carrying out naturalist inventories as part of the Atlas of Intercommunal Biodiversity and associated services on the territory of Angers Loire Métropole. This is a framework agreement allocated to purchase orders awarded to 3 economic operators with no minimum and with a maximum set at 760,700 euros (excluding VAT). Angers Loire Métropole is the coordinator. The terms and conditions for price revisions are specified in the CCAP. The services will be financed by self-financing by the members of the grouping, supplemented, if necessary, by external resources (loans, subsidies from the OFB, European funds not known to date, etc.) in accordance with the laws and regulations in force. Benefits are paid by bank transfer within 30 days. 10% advance under the conditions set out in the CCAP
