The municipality has agreements with various suppliers for the maintenance of the technical installations of various municipal buildings. These agreements run until 31 December 2023. The municipality needs a party that, in addition to carrying out preventive maintenance work and corrective fault maintenance, is able to act as a proactive advisor and can provide solicited and unsolicited advice on the various facets of maintenance such as sustainability, quality, cost savings, etc.
The objective of this European public tender is to select and contract one (1) tenderer for the maintenance of the technical installations for the municipality. The future Contractor, as well as products and services to be provided by this Contractor, must hereby comply with the conditions set by the Client that are specified in this document including attachments.
This assignment concerns:
- Carrying out preventive maintenance of W-installations of the municipal real estate on the basis of a fixed price per building (in accordance with the price sheet);
- Performing corrective and curative (malfunction) maintenance of W-installations of the municipal real estate on the basis of the hourly rate issued at Registration; and
- Giving advice regarding (including sustainability, quality and cost savings) the W-installations as part of the 'natural advisory function'. This means that this advice is part of the service (preventive, corrective and curative maintenance) and cannot be charged.
