The client invites tenders for the "handling of individual projects for the procurement of advertising material, merchandising as well as trade fair and team clothing for the BGHW". The aim of the tender is a safe, legally compliant, effective, economical and ecological service provision by the contractor.
The contract period is scheduled to run from 01.11.2023 – 31.10.2024. The client reserves the option for three contract extensions by one year each. This will be announced four months in advance.
With suitable products from the above-mentioned object of procurement, the BGHW is present as an exhibitor at events, trade fairs and congresses of the insured occupational groups and also organises its own events for insured occupational groups.
Every year, there are more than 40 major events at different locations within Germany. A further 100 smaller appearances are realised nationwide every year by individual BGHW departments. In addition, advertising material is also used in qualification and training.
The object of procurement can therefore be described as fully comprehensive and also includes items of clothing.
Qualification events, trade fairs and events are a central channel for the marketing and distribution of BGHW products and services. In terms of content, the main focus is on communicating prevention services in a way that is appropriate for the target group. In addition, such appearances are of outstanding importance for image building. As an accident insurance institution, the BGHW stands for solidarity and seriousness, but also for a pronounced customer orientation of a modern social insurance system. Corporate values to be conveyed are competence, value, proximity, commitment, orientation towards the common good and orientation towards the future.
Within the framework of this award procedure, the BGHW expects the future framework agreement partner to show special consideration with regard to secure jobs and serious standards, also for the subcontractors involved in production at home and abroad. The BGHW attaches particular importance to corporate due diligence in supply chains and expects compliance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Act, or Supply Chain Act for short, which came into force on January 1, 2023. The law regulates corporate responsibility for the observance of human rights in global supply chains.
We expressly point out that sub-agreements with third parties must also correspond to the values of the BGHW for the processing of the object of procurement.
The services to be provided to the Contractor by the Contractor result from the tender documents, in particular from this service description.
