1. The subject of the contract is the supply of small arms ammunition and special ammunition, the procedure is divided into 2 lots:
1.1. PART 1 - supply of small arms ammunition caliber 7.62x39 mm bullet with lead core
1.2. PART 2 — Supply of special ammunition for smoothbore shotguns cal. 12/70 TYPE-20.
2. A detailed description of the subject of the contract for PART 1 and PART 2 is attached as Annex 1.1 and Annex 1.2 to the SWZ, respectively.
3. The Contractor shall perform the contract for LOT 1 and/or PART 2 on the terms and conditions described in the detailed description of the subject of the contract contained in Annexes 1.1 and 1.2 to the SWZ and in the draft provisions of the contract (respectively Annexes 9.1 and 9.2 to the SWZ).
4. The contracting authority shall allow partial bids to be submitted. The contractor may submit a bid for the parts of the contract of its choice.

PART 2 – supply of special ammunition for smoothbore shotguns cal. 12/70 TYPE-201. The subject of PART 2 of the order is the supply of special ammunition for smoothbore shotguns cal. 12/70 TYPE-20.
