The order includes the completion of the construction of a new Eco-Innovation Center (CEI) facility designed as a detached, four-storey building, with a full basement. The above-ground floors of the building are mainly occupied by conference and training rooms, auditoriums, laboratories and office rooms. An underground garage has been designed on the underground floor. The scope of the contract also includes the development of the area adjacent to the building along with the renovation of a part of Siedlicka Street. CEI is to be a modern building, it will perform a didactic, laboratory and research function, it was designed in an environmentally friendly way using innovative, advanced technologies. The description of the subject of the contract includes Annex 4 to the SWZ with attachments, design documentation (according to the list of Annex 6 to the SWZ) and decisions on the building permit. Detailed conditions of implementation are included in the model contract - Appendix No. 3 to SWZ.

The Contractor shall fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the template of the contract as set out in Annex 3 to the SWZ.
