The Legal Aid Board (Contracting Authority) wishes to establish and operate a multi-supplier Framework Agreement (“the Framework Agreement”) for the provision of main contract construction fit-out works to Legal Aid Board Properties throughout Ireland. The indicative target timetable is that the framework may be awarded in Winter 2022/2023. Works Contracts will subsequently be awarded on an as required basis. To qualify for admission to the Framework Agreement, tenderers must pass the compliance checks, meet the required minimum standard for Suitability Assessment/Pre-qualification, and, provided enough Tenderers pre-qualify, be among the 10 highest scoring qualified tenderers when the Quality criteria is assessed.
