Preparation of task design documentation for 2 small retention reservoirs in Mokre forestry, 120A c, b division, planned maximum water capacity 33 000 m3, planned permanent retention at NPP level 24 000 m3, planned average tank depth at maximum filling 2.0 m, estimated area . 16 500 m2. Design documentation is to contain
a) program and spatial concept min. with:
• Descriptive part with a technical description of the proposed design, technological and material solutions as well as a description of the technology for conducting works resulting from natural and technical conditions • Land development design - planned water structures and facilities on the map for design purposes • Conceptual drawings and sketches of the designed buildings and equipment water on a scale adapted to technical details • Determining the amount and scope of works planned to be carried out, together with their estimated valuation
b) Construction and executive design (used at the stage of preparation of the tender documentation for the execution of construction works to describe the subject of the contract in accordance with the requirements of the PZP Act):
• Construction design taking into account the specifics of the contract, taking into account natural and technical conditions made in accordance with applicable regulations • Executive design constituting the supplement and detail of the construction design in the scope and degree of accuracy necessary to carry out construction works, and being the basis for preparing a bill of quantities of construction works, including detailed drawings and profiles together with a detailed description of construction and technological solutions
c) Bill of quantities - with calculation and summary of the number of units of the bill of basic works
d) Investor's cost estimate - made on the basis of the bill of quantities prepared with prices resulting from the output data protocol for cost estimation prepared at the stage of project documentation.
e) Technical specifications for the performance and acceptance of construction works containing sets of requirements necessary to determine the standard and quality of works performance as regards the manner of performing construction works, properties of construction products and assessment of their correctness
f) If the competent authority issues a decision on the need to conduct an environmental impact assessment and draw up an EIA report, the obligation to prepare it rests with the Contractor.
The implementation of the above-mentioned documentation also includes obtaining all opinions, arrangements, permits and administrative decisions resulting from legal provisions and requirements for tasks co-financed from EU funds, including:
• Decision on the environmental conditions for the implementation of the project (along with opinions / provisions of PPIS and RDOŚ) or a decision discontinuing the proceedings
• excerpt from the Local Spatial Development Plan if the municipality has a valid Spatial Development Plan
• Decision on building and land development conditions / Decision on determining the location of a public purpose or refusal to issue a decision if the municipality does not have a valid Spatial Development Plan
• Water law permit decision based on the report drawn up for water law investigations with attachments:
1) Declaration by the body responsible for monitoring Natura 2000 areas,
2) Declaration by the body responsible for water management,
• The decision establishing the conditions for carrying out activities pursuant to art. 118 of the Act on nature protection
• Submission of works to RDOŚ
• Building permit decisions
