The purpose of the services is to carry out the cleaning work on the Charleroi light metro stations, details of which are given in the technical requirements.

They also include the supply of cleaning products and the equipment needed for cleaning and their maintenance, except consumables (hand soap and toilet paper), which are provided by the contracting authority.

The services will be mainly provided from Monday to Friday, between 7:00 and 15:30, Saturdays between 8:00 and 12:00, Sundays between 8:00 and 12:00.

Some services will be provided between 6:00 and 7:00 or between 21:00 and 22:00.
