The municipality of Zaanstad is looking for an organization that can take care of the (daily) management and (small) maintenance of the flex homes during the aforementioned period. (see tender documents)

At the end of May 2023, 100 residential units will be delivered to the Noorderveenweg in Assendelft. Of these, 32 – 2 person units and 32 – 4 person flex homes are being made of, where it is expected that from the end of May 2023 a maximum of 192 Ukrainian refugees can live. The living area of the double houses is 21 m2 consisting of 1 unit, the living area of the quadruple 41 m2 consisting of 2 units, where 2 bedrooms are available. These flex homes are offered furnished and decorated to the residents.

The value of the assignment is estimated between € 275,000 and € 350,000 excluding VAT for the entire term. This estimate is based on the expected hours as described in Annex 1, supplemented by an estimate of € 50,000 per year for material (€ 150,000 for the entire term)
