District No. 1 includes all street traffic lights and other devices that are located in the northern area of the city of Lublin, the boundaries of which are: the city border - Kraśnicka Avenue - Racławickie Avenue - Krakowskie Przedmieście Street - Łokietka Square - Królewska Street - Podwale Street - Castle Square - Tysiąclecia Avenue - Mełgiewska Street - Metalurgiczna Street - city border. District 1 includes: Kraśnicka Avenue - Racławickie Avenue - Krakowskie Przedmieście Street - Łokietka Square - Królewska Street - Podwale Street - Castle Square - Tysiąclecia Avenue - Mełgiewska Street - Metalurgiczna Street.
The scope of the contract includes ongoing maintenance and maintenance of street light signaling devices and other devices, i.e. performing all works in the field of operation, operation, maintenance, repairs, repairs, overhauls and modernization of devices, which are carried out in accordance with the applicable regulations and technical standards, regulations in the field of occupational health and safety, protection against shocks and in accordance with the instructions for the operation of the devices, and in particular:
1. Ongoing maintenance and maintenance, i.e. maintenance in proper technical and aesthetic condition:
1.1. Street light-signalling devices, including:
a) Traffic lights with contrast screens and F-11 road signs.
(b) Supporting elements of traffic lights.
(c) Acoustic sirens.
(d) Vehicle detection systems with incident detection function.
(e) Vehicle detection systems.
f) Pedestrian and cyclist detection systems.
g) Power and control cable installation.
h) Controllers, patch cabinets, power metering and distribution connectors.
(i) Cable sewerage including sewerage between intersections.
j) Fiber optic cables.
(k) Other equipment necessary to ensure the proper operation of the signalling.
1.2. Other devices, including:
a) Signal transmission cabinets.
b) CCTV video surveillance cameras.
(c) Cameras for automatic recognition of ANPR number plates.
d) Active road signs D-6.
e) Signs of variable content of ZZT.
f) LED markers in the surface of the so-called "cat's eyes".
(g) Meteorological stations.
(h) Public transport priority modules.
(i) Other equipment necessary to maintain communication with the controllers.
j) Technological channels.
2. Removal of failures in the operation of street traffic lights and other devices. Any failure is considered to be any damage to street traffic lights and other devices that occurs in a sudden and unpredictable way, i.e.:
2.1. Damage caused by road accidents (accidents, collisions) or other accidents (e.g. bursting of a water pipe).
2.2. Damage caused by violent weather conditions or natural factors (e.g. damage to cables by rodents).
2.3. Damage caused by hooligan antics or acts of vandalism.
2.4. Damage caused by unannounced shutdowns of electricity supply.
2.5. Damage resulting from the operation of equipment.
3. Changes in technical solutions concerning:
3.1. Additional signalling equipment.
3.2. Modernization or changes of equipment as a result of technical progress, changes in regulations, changes in traffic organization, reconstruction of the road system or changes in control programs.
Part II - Division 2Part II (District 2) – Ongoing maintenance and maintenance of street light signaling devices and other electrical, electronic and telecommunications devices related to road infrastructure in the city of Lublin in the area no. 2.
District No. 2 includes all street traffic lights and other devices that are located in the southern area of the city of Lublin, the boundaries of which are: the city border - Kraśnicka Avenue - Racławickie Avenue - Krakowskie Przedmieście Street - Łokietka Square - Królewska Street - Podwale Street - Castle Square - Tysiąclecia Avenue - Mełgiewska Street - Metalurgiczna Street - city border. District 2 does not include: kraśnicka avenue - Racławickie avenue - Krakowskie Przedmieście street - Łokietka Square - Królewska street - Podwale street - Castle Square - Tysiąclecia avenue - Mełgiewska street - Metalurgiczna street.
