The subject of the procurement is divided into 2 (two) parts:Part 1 – "Development and author's supervision of the explanatory memorandum "Development of bauska active recreation park";part 2 – "Development and author's supervision of the explanatory memorandum "Improvement of the territory of Bauska Pilskalns Park". Term of performance of the contract: for Part 1 - Development of the explanatory memorandum, coordination with the Customer and note of the construction board on the fulfilment of the design conditions - within 8 (eight) months from the moment of entry into force of the contract.Part 2 - Development of the explanatory memorandum, coordination with the Customer and the mark of the construction board on the fulfilment of the design conditions - within 8 (eight) months from the moment of entry into force of the contract. The customer's estimated time for the execution of construction works for part 1 and part 2 - 18 (eighteen) months. The performer shall carry out the author's supervision of the construction work within the time period for the performance of the construction work.
