The contractor is to provide the basic services in accordance with §33 HOAI, Part 3 - Section 1 in the service images of buildings and interiors, as well as the basic services according to §38 HOAI, Part 3 - Section 2 in the performance image of outdoor installations.

The Rettungszweckverband "Südwestsachsen" intends as a carrier of the ground-based rescue service the new construction of the rescue station Reichenbach on a part of the parcel 923/15, district Unterheinsdorf. The parcel to be cultivated has an area of about 6,000 m 2 and is located in the industrial park "Kaltes Feld". The new building should comply with the requirements of DIN 13049 and consist of a vehicle hall with 17 parking spaces including a laundry hall as well as a social, sanitary and office wing. The construction must be carried out in one storey. The development of the parcel will take place from the spring of 2019. For the area is a development plan.
