The contract is for an initial period of one year, renewable by tacit agreement 3 times one year. Minimum amount: €0, maximum annual amount: €250,000 excluding VAT and maximum amount including all periods: €1,000,000 (excluding VAT). Competence in construction architecture. Form of joint grouping with joint and several representative. There are no variants or options. For subsequent contracts, variants and options may be authorized and described in the consultation documents for the relevant follow-up contract. Financing terms: Equity. The purpose of the Framework Agreement is to provide project management for building rehabilitation works (basic mission and complementary missions such as the OPC, partial Exé, ESQ, DIAG, feasibility study) including the nature of the works and works of small and medium-sized buildings. The content of each mission element is that set out in Book IV of the French Public Procurement Code, and more specifically in Articles R.2431-1 to R.2431-3 2° and R.2431-19 to R.2431-23. Architectural advice, pre-operational studies, definition or feasibility studies, project management, regulatory and authorization files. The framework agreement does not cover very major rehabilitation and construction operations, i.e. works for which the estimated financial envelope allocated to the works is more than 2,000,000 euro(s)tax excl. tax. As well as operations where the city must resort to the project management competition or to a formalized procedure. The technical requirements are detailed in the C.C.P. (P2)
