1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity (sale) for the needs of the facilities of the University of Justice located in Warsaw and Kalisz. Detailed PPE addresses belonging to the University of Justice with its registered office at Wiśniowa 50, 02-520 Warsaw, in accordance with the principles set out in the Energy Law act of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2021, item 716, as amended) and in the implementing acts issued on its basis. The Ordering Party belongs to: 1) III group of energy consumers and tariff group B23 for the collection point Wrocławska 193-195, 62-800 Kalisz, 2) V group of energy consumers and to tariff group G11 for the collection point Prymasa Stefana Wyszyńskiego Street 60 m. 27, 62-800 Kalisz, 3) V group of energy consumers and to tariff group G11 for the collection point prymasa Stefana Wyszyńskiego Street 60 m. 29, 62-800 Kalisz, 4) energy consumer groups and tariff group C21 for the collection point Karmelicka 9, 00-155 Warsaw, 5) energy consumer group and tariff group C21 for the collection point Sulkiewicza 11, 00-758 Warsaw, 6) group of energy consumers and tariff group C11 for the collection point Łódzka 2, 62-800 Kalisz.
