The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity within the meaning and on the basis of the provisions of the Energy Law of 10 April 1997 (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) to the Central Sports Centre in Warsaw in an estimated amount of 2,200 MWh in the period from 1.01.2024 to 31.12.2024.

The Ordering Party declares that it is an eligible customer within the meaning of Article 2 point 2) letters b-e of the Act of 27 October 2022 on emergency measures aimed at limiting electricity prices and support for certain customers in 2023.
