The Contracting Authority wants tender offers on equipment for measuring of heart and lung function for a laboratory at the Energisenteret for barn and unge [The Energy Centre for Children and Youth] and the respiration laboratory at the lung outpatients clinic. And an option for the occupational medicine department at Haukeland University Hospital and the lung outpatients clinic at Voss Nursing Home.
The Contracting Authority wants a comprehensive equipment package that is PC based and has a similar software platform for increased efficiency both in patient treatment, in the processing and finishing process of patient data and servicing purposes.
The Contracting Authority intends to purchase a comprehensive solution for three (3) Ergospirometers with associated software and with additional devices for measuring ECG, NIBP and SPO2 with an option on an integrated treadmill. The Contracting Authority will also purchase a comprehensive solution for two (2) spirometers with an option for connection to body boxes for measuring of lung volume. an option for measuring of gas diffusion and an option for methacholine provocation tests, and a comprehensive solution for spirometers with an option for methacholine provocation tests and an option for oscillometry.
The equipment offered shall be delivered as requested, with all the necessary accessories, delivered complete, assembled and ready for use.
Intended Use.
The Energy Centre for children and youth will move into the new Barne and ungdomssykehuset [Child and Youth Hospital] (BUS 1) from January 2017. The Energy Centre will contain a mixture of activities such as studies, treatment and research/innovation. The Centre's task is to stimulate and facilitate physical activity with suitable training for children and youth despite illness or disability. At the Lung outpatients clinic it is important that quality and service of collaborating partners both in the department and from the hospital's other departments is safeguarded.
Tender offers for only leasing/hiring the equipment will be rejected.
