Brabrand Housing Association offers relocation of up to 227 apartments in section 4 blocks A4, A5, A6, A7 and A8, Gellerupparken.

The relocation task includes apartments in Blocks A4, A5, A6, A7 and A8 in section 4. The apartment blocks consist of 83 1 bedroom apartments, 12 11/2 bedroom apartments, 29 3 bedroom apartments and 103 4 bedroom apartments.

However, there will be fewer relocations, as there is vacancy in some of the leases.

In connection with the development plan, it has been decided that seven specific apartment blocks, corresponding to 408 apartments in Gellerupparken, will be demolished.

In connection with this, Brabrand housing association needs assistance with relocation, as part of a permanent resettlement of the current residents.

The present tender includes the relocation of 5 blocks A4, A5, A6, A7 and A8, with the relocation of up to 227 apartments. However, there will be fewer relocations, as there is vacancy in some of the leases.

The task consists of moving furniture and other household goods incl. basement rooms in connection with the permanent resettlement of residents.
