The subject of the contract is the management of waste with the code 19 12 10 in an amount of up to 3,000 Mg in bulk and up to 5,000 Mg in bulk. The Purchaser reserves the right to reduce the amount of waste expected to be managed, which does not result in withdrawal from the contract or change of its terms. The offered waste management method must comply with applicable law and recovery processes specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2018, item 21, as amended ; hereinafter referred to as the "Waste Act"). The components for the production of alternative fuel (RDF) will be supplied by the Employer in the form of a pressed bale, tied with steel wire. Dimensions of pressed bales are: 80 x 110 x 90-120. The average weight of one bale is about 400 - 700 kg.
Delivery by the Employer of components for the production of alternative fuels (RDF) to the Contractor's headquarters will take place from the premises of Zakład Gospodarki Odpadami Sp. z o. o. in Jarocin, Witaszyczki 1A, 63-200 Jarocin, from Monday to Friday, from 6.00 to 15.00. The transport quantities will be determined each time two days before delivery of the components to the Contractor's headquarters in a unit order sent to the Contractor by e-mail (or fax). The Employer may deliver the raw material on a date other than that indicated in the above provision after prior written arrangements with the Contractor.
The weighing of the components supplied by the Employer will take place on the legalized balance of the Employer located in the Employer's plant and will be confirmed by a weight receipt. This document will constitute the sole basis for determining the quantity of alternative fuel production components supplied to the Contractor.

Based on the balance of weighings of received components from a computer program operating the weighing system at the Plant. Waste transfer cards will be issued in 2 copies, one for the Employer and one for the Contractor.
The Contractor is obliged after each month of the service to provide the Employer with a written statement on the manner of their management, indicating the recovery process specified in Annex 1 to the Act of 14 December 2012 on waste.
The contractor must indicate in the contract the installation in which the waste collected will undergo a recovery process.
In each half-year of the service, the Contractor shall provide the Employer with the result of testing received components for the production of RDF with the code 19 12 10,
Including: morphology (structure of the composition) of waste collected from the Employer, humidity, chlorine content in the abovementioned waste, heat of combustion and calorific value, sulfur, carbon and hydrogen content. The costs of performing the tests shall be borne by the Contractor.
The Awarding Entity allows a site visit to be carried out at the Plant in Witaszycze. The Employer informs that the possibility of making a local visit exists in the period from the day of announcing the tender to the day preceding the day of opening the offers, after prior telephone arrangement with the Employer.
The site visit will cover waste with the code 19 12 10 in order for the Contractors to assess, at their own risk, cost and risk, all data that may be necessary to prepare the offer and sign the contract resulting therefrom. The site visit will take place on the premises of the "Plant Gospodarki Odpadami ”Sp. z o. o. in Jarocin, Witaszyczki 1A, 63-200 Jarocin.
