The deliveries applies to the establishment and rental of barrack units for changing rooms, laundry room and dining room for workers and office facilities that include meeting rooms and dining rooms for functionaries, including:
— The necessary engineering of the barrack units with consultation with the construction client, including the substrate / documentation for the application for the commissioning permission, including fire evacuation planning.
— Provide the requested barrack unit modules
— Transportation to the construction site
— Foundation
— Installation including all amendments and supplements at the construction site
— Establishment of the appropriate fire barriers and escape routes including the appropriate signage
— The necessary electrical installation including cabling for ICT
— The necessary plumbing work
— Furnishing
— Rental of the barrack unit modules including furniture and equipment
— Maintenance during the lease period
— Dismantling and the removal of the foundation at the end of the lease
— The removal transportation of the barrack units and all of the equipment
