The aim of the contract is to cover each service location's needs in all three municipalities for printing, scanning, copying, and facsimiles.

The contract period will be four years plus an option for one plus one plus one plus one year, total maximum eight years.

All the offered products must be in accordance with the description of needs in the tender documentation.

All communication in connection with the contest will take place through Mercell.

The current volume is approx. NOK 1,200,000 a year, but the contracting authority takes reservations that this amount may both increase or decrease.

The value for the entire contract period (including options) is set to NOK 20,000,000. See the tender documentation for further justification.

Procurements outside the agreement

The Contracting Authority reserves the right to purchase outside the agreement.
