1. The object of the order is the provision of mobile phone services along with the delivery of mobile phones, modems with active and configured SIM cards for the Marshal Office of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship and provincial local government organizational units and provincial legal entities.
2. Conditions for the execution of the contract are contained in the model contract set out in Annex 3 to the swz.

1. (e) the Board of Provincial Roads in Kraków,
f) Provincial Public Library in Krakow,
(g) Cogiteon Lesser Poland Science Centre in Kraków,
h) Tadeusz Kantor Cricotek's Art Documentation Centre in Kraków,
(i) Karol Szymanowski Philharmonic in Kraków,
j) Office of the Marshal of the Lesser Poland Voivodeship in Kraków,
2. The implementation of the services will be through the use of active SIM cards provided by the Contractor (while maintaining the existing voice numbering of the Ordering Party) in voice tariffs, date and web browser. The service is intended to provide, among others, voice connectivity (outgoing and incoming calls), text (SMS), multimedia (MMS), roaming outside the country, and access to Internet resources.
3. The Contracting Authority provides for the transfer of individual numbers to the new Contractor upon completion of existing contracts and the expiration of the obligations arising therefrom. If the operator changes from the current one, the Contractor will provide at his own expense a person/person to exchange all the SIM cards of the Ordering Party for the SIM cards of the new Contractor selected
in proceedings.
