The object of the Assignment concerns the delivery of an ICT application, namely an “Integral Management Environment”. This mainly consists of: license/hosting/ implementation/management, further development and related services. And with that, the nature/center of gravity of the Assignment is a service.

The client is looking for a partner who has services and products of paramount importance and can also achieve this. In key words, this means: reliable, sustainable, user-friendly, high service level and knowledge of the business.

The value of the Assignment is a maximum of €1,600,000,00 excl. VAT calculated over the initial maturity including option years (10 years in total). This does not include any additional work, which have been estimated at a maximum of 20% of the assignment value.

This is an indication, which is based on the figures from the past and the input obtained from the market exploration.

Entrepreneurs can in no way derive rights from the enlarged additional work.
