It concerns an insurance contract for the municipality of The Hague, of the liability risks.

The total limit on the current insurance is € 35 million per event with a maximum of € 70 million per insurance year for property, personal and financial loss.

The agreement provides coverage for:

the liability risks arising from public and private law acts and omissions of the municipality of The Hague;

the run-in risk for at least ten (10) years prior to the effective date of the new policy to be concluded.

the run-out risk whereby, for three (3) months after the termination date of this insurance, claims made in writing during the term of the insurance will be deemed to have been reported under this insurance. The notifications will be deemed to have taken place during the term of the insurance;

employer's liability of insured persons in the broadest sense of the word.
