The existing control plant is an Exomatic with Regin Exoflex sub-plants. The installation handles all parts of the contracting authority's buildings, approx. 70 000 m². The installation communicates on a standard TCP/IP network.

A framework agreement shall be signed that shall ensure service, maintenance and modernisation/further development of the existing installation, including work such as adaptations, programming and commissioning of all automation on the existing main plant, EX04 type. In addition, the framework agreement will include the production and installation of automation boards.

The contract shall also ensure the Norwegian Parliament a short response time for service personnel at times of acute need. Further details on the response time and other requirements for the delivery will be in the requirement specifications, but we expect that service personnel can be present in our premises at 8:00 on the day following notification, provided that this was sent by 16:00 the previous day.
