The subject of the tender is the conclusion of an operator contract for the COPT building on Luxemburger Strasse, at the corner of Luxemburger Wall at the University of Cologne.

The tendered procurement volume relates to a contract term of 24 months. The contract can be extended twice for a further 12 months each time.
