The subject of the order is the service called "Collection and management of municipal waste collected from the commune of Sierakowice along with the operation of a selective municipal waste collection point", the contract is divided into 2 lots:

- part I envisages the collection and management of mixed and segregated municipal waste generated and collected on all real estate, in the period and their transport to a municipal installation, collection and disposal of corpses of homeless animals or killed as a result of road collisions from the commune of Sierakowice,

- Part II provides for a separate municipal waste collection point.

1.1. collection and management of mixed and segregated municipal waste generated and collected on all real estate, during the period in which residents reside, located within the administrative boundaries of the commune of Sierakowice, and their transport to a municipal installation. The description of the task is included in Annex 1 to the SOPZ. The annex is of an illustrative nature, enabling potential Contractors to obtain knowledge on the amount of real estate from which waste should be collected. The Employer will allow the Contractor access to the property database, created on the basis of declarations submitted by the property owners about the amount of the fee for municipal waste management, referred to in art. 6m of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities;

1.2. collection and management of mixed and segregated municipal waste arising and collected on all real estate where residents do not reside, but municipal waste is located within the administrative boundaries of the commune of Sierakowice and their transport to the municipal installation within the meaning of the Waste Act. The Employer indicates that in the event of a resolution by the Commune Council of Sierakowice to withdraw from receiving waste from uninhabited real estate or withdrawal of property owners from the municipal municipal waste management system, the amount of waste intended for collection and management will change. The description of the task is included in Annex 2 to the SOPZ. The annex is of an illustrative nature, enabling potential Contractors to obtain knowledge on the amount of real estate from which waste should be collected. The Employer will allow the Contractor access to the property database, created on the basis of declarations submitted by the property owners about the amount of the fee for municipal waste management, referred to in art. 6m of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities. Due to sanitary considerations and significant annual and seasonal accumulation of municipal waste, annex 2a of the SOPZ indicates properties where the frequency of export will be higher than the minimum indicated in the resolution of the Sierakowice Commune Council;

1.3. collection and management of mixed and segregated municipal waste generated and collected on all properties with holiday homes, or other properties used for recreational and leisure purposes, used only for part of the year, located within the administrative boundaries of the commune of Sierakowice, and transported to municipal facilities within the meaning of the Act on waste indicated by the Employer. The description of the task is included in Annex 3 to the SOPZ. The annex is of an illustrative nature, enabling potential Contractors to obtain knowledge on the amount of real estate from which waste should be collected. The Employer will allow the Contractor access to the property database, created on the basis of declarations submitted by the property owners about the amount of the fee for municipal waste management, referred to in art. 6m of the Act on maintaining cleanliness and order in municipalities;

1.4. collecting and managing municipal waste collected from all street bins and public places in the commune of Sierakowice. The description of the task is included in Annex 5 to the SOPZ;

1.5. collecting and neutralizing corpses of homeless animals or killed as a result of road collisions from the commune of Sierakowice.

Collection and management of municipal waste arising and collected at the selective municipal waste collection point, ul. Brzozowa 2a in Sierakowice, hereinafter referred to as SOPZ as "PSZOK". The description of the task is included in Annex 4 to the SOPZ. The annex contains requirements for the type of containers and containers in which PSZOK will have to be equipped and the types of waste that should be collected and managed.
