In the name and for the account of the Kommunales Jobcenter Hamm AöR (client), the city of Hamm is inviting tenders for a measure to promote social participation in the context of a project to advise SGB II benefit recipients with health restrictions, which offers the project participants a meeting place and opportunities for active exchange.

The range of measures is to be used to promote and stabilize the personality and to activate existing external resources in order to enable participants to participate in social life.

Social participation is an important component in the integration of the long-term unemployed with health problems. With the connection to social life in the immediate living environment, a permanent participation in social and social exchange is to be achieved. This connection and interaction with other people and institutions is intended to benefit long-term stabilisation and later integration into the labour market. The aim of the measure is to ensure a connection through various offers.

The target group of the measure includes persons who are far from and close to the labour market and who are able to work from the legal sphere of SGB II, for whom intensive activation assistance is required for professional integration. The target group consists exclusively of participants of the rehapro project. You have placement barriers that are facing

especially in severe health restrictions/disabilities or physical and / or mental instability.
