The object of the order is the collection and development of municipal waste from street trash baskets and from canine droppings located in the Lesznowola Municipality.
The treatment (recovery, recycling and disposal) of municipal waste collected from street and stop baskets must be carried out in such a way as to ensure adequate levels of recycling, reuse and recovery are achieved by other methods, and restriction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred to storage in accordance with the provisions of the Act of 13.09.1996 on maintenance of cleanliness and order in municipalities, Law of 14.12.2012 on waste, Regulation of the Minister of the Environment of 14.12.2016 on levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods of certain fractions of municipal waste, WPGO and the Rules of Procedure of Purity and Order in the Lesznowola Municipality.

As part of the contract, the Contractor shall be obliged to collect and use any quantity of municipal waste accumulated in street and stop baskets and in canine droppings.
