OPC services relating to the development of public spaces and port facilities for the construction of the Zac Ec'Eau Port - MS 1 of works

The service provider will intervene under the conditions set out in Title III of Book IV of Part 2 of the Public Procurement Code as well as in the order of March 22, 2019 specifying the execution modalities of the project management mission elements.
