In the city of Kirchberg, there is a need for expansion of areas to be used industrially. The few remaining areas in the existing industrial area on the B 421 are not sufficiently large to settle manufacturing industry. For the sustainable development of the kirchberg basic centre as a location for trade and industry, a new industrial area is to be developed near the existing industrial area "Industriegebiet B 421". The planned area borders the B 50 to the south, the B 421 to the west and the K 17 district road to the north.
For the further realization of this project, the following planning services will be put out to tender:
Civil engineering structure Water supply for LPH 5 - 9 and the special service Local construction supervision according to Annex 12 of HOAI2021,
Civil engineering structure Wastewater disposal for LPH 5 - 9 and the special service Local construction supervision according to Annex 12 of the HOAI 2021 and
the planning of the traffic facilities including street lighting and the special service Local construction supervision according to Annex 13 of the HOAI 2021.
The eligible construction costs
for the water supply amount to around EUR 439,164 net,
eur 1,603,285 net for waste water disposal,
and eur 1,750,033 net for traffic facilities including street lighting.
The implementation of the measure is extremely urgent. Public funding will be used for the implementation of the project. The construction project must be settled by 30.9.2023. The realization of the planning must take place promptly. The development measure is to be put out to tender and started immediately.
