This contract notice concerns a new construction operation of a new central restaurant on the site of the CNRS Délégation Occitanie Ouest located at 16 avenue Edouard Belin 31055 toulouse cedex 4. The services of the real estate transaction are divided into 18 lots. This contract notice concerns lots 1,2,3,4,5,8,10,11,12,13,15,16 and 18.
Each lot will be the subject of a contract.
The contract is a contract with tranches pursuant to Articles R2113-4 to R2113-6 of the Public Order Code. Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, 8, 10, 11, 12, 13, 16, and 18 are accompanied by one or more optional tranche(s), the contents of which are described to the respective CCTPs for each lot. The overall execution time of the work is 14 months including 2 months of preparation. The completion times of the optional tranches are integrated into the overall time of execution of the work, i.e. 14 months.
