The subject of the contract is a long-term lease of 17 brand new, unused passenger cars for the employees of the Audit Institution for the benefit of the tax administration chambers and the Ministry of Finance. The contracting authority divided the subject of the contract into two parts.

1. The subject of the contract is long-term rental of 13 cars with internal combustion engine - gasoline, brand new, unused, produced not earlier than in 2022 for the Units indicated in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

2. In part 1 of the contract, including in the case of using the option, the Contracting Authority allows the Contractor to provide the so-called pre-contractual car for rental. The pre-contract car will be used by the Unit until the destination car is delivered to it, but no longer than until December 29, 2023.

3.Detailed requirements and the manner of implementation of the subject of the contract are set out in Annex 1.1 to the SWZ, which contains a description of the subject of the contract for part 1 of the contract and in the Draft contract - Annex 4 to the SWZ.

4. The contracting authority does not provide for an option.
