Due to the very high traffic load, the congestion and the urgent need for refurbishment in the above section and especially the necessary for reasons of road safety and to reduce the risk of accident closure of AS Unna East, the road surface restoration is mandatory in the specified period to execute.
In order to additionally minimize the construction time and to optimize the construction process in the heavily used and heavily loaded section of the line, acceleration instruments are used (admission of side offers to shorten the single period for traffic restrictions and bonus / penalty regulations). The approval of ancillary offers to shorten the construction time necessarily requires a total award because it is not possible to predict the result of the competition in terms of construction time.
This should minimize both the impairment of safety and ease of traffic, as well as the risk of a construction delay.
