DemolitionsLOT 1 "DEMOLITIONS" includes all demolition operations as well as the evacuation of waste generated on the plots (not included in the public domain therefore) of the perimeter intended to receive the roads and building plots of the EAP:
- Preparatory work: inventory, security, signage, marking of work areas, checks with concessionaires of the absence (disconnection) of energy, obtaining the necessary authorizations from the competent authorities (police authorization,...),...
- Demolition of above-ground or underground structures: Demolition of dwellings, related works (common walls, fences, garden sheds ...), demolition of buried structures (cisterns, cellars, cables and pipes, foundations,...), demolition of coatings (courtyards, terraces, their foundations ...),...
- Demolition and treatment of waste that may contain asbestos (see asbestos inventory attached to the file) according to the laws and regulations in force;
- Sorting and disposal of waste in accordance with the laws and regulations in force;

LOT 2 "VRD" includes in particular the demolition of existing pavements on the public domain, the main earthworks, the development of roads, linear elements, sidewalks, pedestrian cycle paths, concession trenches, etc ... as well as the work of RESA gas / electricity:
SPI quantity surveying (quantity surveying relating to road works, quantity surveying relating to water distribution):
- Preparatory work: inventory, security, signage, marking of work areas, verification with concessionaires of the absence of energy, obtaining the necessary authorizations from the competent authorities (police authorization, mobile installation for crushing and screening, mobile installation for liming,...);
- Clearing of land (felling, brush clearing...);
- Demolition of structures (walls, visiting rooms, visible or buried localized elements), road facilities and equipment (linear, coatings, foundations, drainage, cables and underground pipes...);
- Development of storm basins (cutting/embankments, discharge structures, siphoid wall structures,...);
- Sewerage works for the implementation of a clear water collection network (concrete pipes, PP pipes, prefabricated and built in place, etc.);
- Realization of common trenches for the laying of concessionaires;
- Water pipe laying work (installation of ductile iron pipes, inspection chambers built in place, connections to existing pipes, etc.);
- Development work on new roads and repairs of existing roads: Cuttings / backfills for trunk bottoming, treatment of chest bottoms, drainage, geotextiles, subfoundations, cast and prefabricated linear elements, foundations, hydrocarbon pavements, concrete sidewalks and concrete pavers, etc ...;

PlantationsLot 3 "EAP plantations and maintenance"

- Appropriation (removal + evacuation of weeds, profiling of the land ...) of the land intended for plantations, prepared beforehand as part of the VRD lot;
