For the D2B19UG02 project, various activities, studies etc. need to be carried out in five phases. These are described in the Terms of Reference (ToR) document for the project which is the basis for this Tender. This ToR, which can be found in Appendix 12, provide the detailed activities to be carried out by a Contractor who is to be selected through an open competitive Tendering Procedure, managed and financed by the Contracting Authority through the Develop2Build (D2B) Program, in cooperation with the Ministry of Health of Uganda. Within the framework and context of this D2B project, all the identified phases need to be successfully completed. Each identified phase is only considered successfully completed if the Contracting Authority has been able to provide a Statement of No Objection.
