The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection, transport and management of municipal waste generated on inhabited properties located in the Kłomnice Municipality for the year 2024, i.e.:
-from inhabited properties, including collection of bulky waste from in front of the property,
- from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point,
A detailed description of the elements of the subject matter of the contract is attached as Appendix 2 to the Terms of Reference – Description of the subject matter of the Contract (OPZ)
1. The subject of the contract is the provision of the service of collection, transport and management of municipal waste generated on inhabited properties located in the Kłomnice Municipality for the year 2024, i.e.:
from inhabited properties, including collection of bulky waste from in front of the property,
from the Selective Municipal Waste Collection Point,
The Employer does not allow the possibility of receiving municipal waste ordered by the Employer together with waste from another commune or with any other waste.
a) The Contracting Authority informs that upon the collection and management of waste which is the subject of the contract, the quantities given are the minimum quantities that should be valued in the offer, i.e.
Minimum order value for unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste: 1290 (t)
Minimum order value for segregated waste: 2500 (t)
b) In the event that the amount of waste is greater than specified in the offer form, the Contracting Authority may exercise the right of option and may increase the scope of the subject matter of the contract to the maximum value calculated below, however, with the proviso that this is a right that may be exercised depending on the need, but does not have to.
Maximum order value for unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste 20% : 1548 (t)
Maximum order value for 20% segregated waste: 3000 (t)
c) The Contracting Authority informs that it applies the right of option to the collection and management of waste which is the subject of the contract (Article 441 of the Public Procurement Act). This means that the quantities given are the minimum quantities that should be valued in the price offer (both the number of inhabitants and the amount of waste are the minimum values, which are guaranteed to be achieved during the term of the subject of the contract)
In the event that the amount of waste is greater than specified in the price form, the Contracting Authority has the right to increase the subject matter of the contract to the maximum value, however, with the proviso that this is its right, which may or may not be exercised, depending on the needs.
d) The Contracting Authority does not allow for the possibility of collecting municipal waste commissioned by the Contracting Authority together with waste from another municipality or with any other waste.
