The object of the order is the collection and transport to the indicated municipal installation of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01) and the collection and development of selectively collected municipal waste from all properties in the Mrocza Community.

1) The subject of the contract is the collection and transport to the indicated municipal installation of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01) and the collection and development of selectively collected municipal waste from all properties within the Community of Mrocza, such as:

(a) the property on which the inhabitants reside, the so-called 'inhabited properties',

(b) properties on which residents do not reside and municipal waste is created, so-called 'uninhabited properties',

(c) property on which there is a holiday cottage and other property used for recreational and leisure purposes,

d) Point of Selective Collection of Municipal Waste, so-called PSZOK.

2) The Contractor is obliged to collect directly from the property site and transport to the municipal installation indicated by the Contracting Authority, the following fractions of municipal waste:

- unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste (20 03 01),

3) The Contractor is obliged to collect directly from the property and development site, the following fractions of municipal waste collected selectively:

- paper and cardboard (20 01 01) and paper and cardboard packs (15 01 01 01),

- plastics (20 01 39) and plastic packaging (15 01 02),

- metal (20 01 40) and metal packaging (15 01 04),

- multi-aerial packaging waste (15 01 05),

- glass (20 01 02) and glass packs (15 01 07),

- concrete waste and brick rubble from demolition and repairs (17 01 01),

- brick rubble (17 01 02),

- waste of other ceramic materials and elements of equipment (17 01 03),

- mixed waste from concrete, brick rubble, waste ceramic materials and equipment other than those listed in 17 01 06 (17 01 07)

- mixed waste from construction, repair and dismantling other than those listed in 17 09 01, 17 09 02 and 17 09 03 (17 09 04),

- devices containing freons (20 01 23*),

- cytotoxic and cytostatic drugs (20 01 31*)

- medicines other than in 20 01 31* (20 01 32),

- waste not classified in household medical waste due to intake of medicinal products by injection and monitoring of blood levels (e.g. needles and syringes) (20 01 99),

- consumed electrical and electronic devices other than those listed in 20 01 21 and 20 01 23 containing dangerous components (20 01 35*),

- consumed electrical and electronic equipment (20 01 36),

- biowaste, constituting municipal waste (20 02 01),

- large-sized waste (20 03 07),

- used batteries and batteries (20 01 34),

- waste from markets (20 03 02).

4) The Contractor is obliged to collect from the site PSZOK and development, indicated in the SWZ fraction of municipal waste.

5) The Contractor will incur fees for the development of selectively collected municipal waste. The costs of the management of mixed waste (20 03 01) will be borne by the Ordering Party. The Contractor is obliged to calculate any gains or losses related to the development of municipal waste selectively collected or collected at a price per 1 Mg of individual types of waste received and developed.

6) On all properties there will be a baggy-bagged system for collecting municipal waste.
