The Framework Agreement includes the delivery of light sources for operation and maintenance for buildings and houses in the municipalities. E.g. schools, nurseries, residential and activity centres, nursing homes, dental clinics, swimming pools and sports halls, office buildings, churches, culture centres, municipal leasehold flats (communal areas), maternal and child health centres, etc. The Contracting Authority has separate Framework Agreements for electro services and material thereof, where light sources are included in the new installations. The Framework Agreements will be valid for 1 year, with an option for the Contracting Authority to extend the contract for a further 1 + 1 + 1 years, total 4 years. The options will be automatically taken up unless the Contracting Authority gives notification otherwise at the latest three months before the contract or option year expires. The contract is expected to be initiated 15.4.2019.
