1. The subject of the contract is the delivery of ventilators and defibrillators, hereinafter referred to as "medical devices", to the Contracting Authority's headquarters.

2. Detailed requirements regarding the minimum technical and functional parameters of the subject of the contract are included in Annexes 1.1 – 1.3 to the SWZ.

Task No. 1 - Stationary and transport ventilator – 2 pcs. (Department of Anaesthesiology and Intensive Care)

Task No. 2 - Defibrillator – 3 pcs. (A&E – 1 pc., Cardiac Intensive Care Unit – 2 pcs.)

Task No. 3 - Defibrillator – 1 pc. (Department of Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery)
