This consultation concerns the maintenance of the locks and its ancillary works (Thun-Saint-Amand lock including fish passage and Saint-Amand-les-Eaux lock) of Le Scarpe on the territory of the Community of agglomeration of La Porte du Hainaut.

It should be noted that this consultation includes two types of services:

- preventive services (these are mainly annual visits);

- curative services which will be processed in the form of a framework agreement with order forms without minimum and with a maximum of EUR 80,000 excluding VAT per year.

The details of the services expected under the contract are specified in the CCTP and its appendices.
