The object of the contract with the City Council of Valle de Egüés is the conclusion of a Framework Agreement to select the marketing companies among which the "SUPPLY OF ELECTRICAL ENERGY" in high and low voltage will be awarded.

The electricity supply modality is indexed to average OMIE in each access tariff period. The scope of supply and technical specifications are described in the Technical Specifications.

The destination of the electricity supply of this specification are the municipal public centers, lighting command centers and facilities owned by the City Council of Valle de Egüés.

In addition to the currently existing supply contracts (included in the technical specifications), the new supply contracts that require the supply object of contract, will be part of this contract, in addition to the current supply contracts (included in the technical specifications). For these new supply contracts, the price will be the one that is being applied at the time of their incorporation to the rest of existing supplies according to the respective tariffs.
