Comprehensive supply of natural gas (sale and distribution service) to the buildings of the Road Laboratory and Road Circuit located in Zielona Góra Racula Street — Wierzbowa 6

1. The supply of nitrided natural gas is to be provided for the gddkiA Road Laboratory building and the Racula Road Circuit building in Zielona Góra, 6 Racula – Wierzbowa Street.

2. Deadline of the order:

- commencement of the performance of the contract by supplying natural gas takes place after the procedure of changing the seller by the Supplier within no more than 30 days from the date of signing the contract,

- completion of the contract after 36 months from the date of delivery of natural gas or after the use of the contract amount.

3. Collection point number: 8018590365500019044731.

4. Measuring system: gas meter type G 25 N - 1 piece, meter number: 05834769.

5. Gaseous fuel pressure at the point of delivery and take-back: 2,5 kPa.

6. Contract capacity: 330 kwh/h.

7. Fuel type: GZ-41.5 natural gas nitrided according to the standard: PN-C-04750 subgroup Lw.

8. The Ordering Party is qualified, in accordance with the rules contained in the Tariff, to the tariff group of the Distribution System Operator LW – 5.1 appropriate for the place of receipt of natural gas.

9. Purpose of using gaseous fuel:

a) space heating,

(b) the production of domestic hot water.

10. The projected annual consumption is estimated at 493 138 kWh.
