Service contract for the designation of a design office author of a project

for the study and implementation of energy performance improvement works as well as

than the renovation and creation of multifunctional workspaces for both buildings

of the Parliament of the French Community, namely:

- The Hotel de Ligne: Ru Royale 72 in 1000 Brussels

- The Hotel du Greffe: Rue de la Lois, 6, 1000 Brussels

This contract must allow the appointment of a Design Office specialized in architecture, stability and

in special techniques.

The mission defined in the contract documents includes a study component, with all the necessary phases.

It also includes a realization component, with all the necessary phases.

The mission includes all the services that are necessary for its complete and irreproachable completion.
