As part of a professional integration approach, the purpose of this contract is to set up a collection service for bulky objects intended for the abandonment of households, in addition to that of the 20 waste collection centres, including 1 mobile site. In the context of increasing regulatory changes and a context of cost control, the local authority wishes to conduct its consultation on the basis of a service in 3 parts: Axis 1: The collection of bulky objects from households intended for abandonment door-to-door and by appointment on a flat-rate basis of 90 collections per month. Axis 2: The candidate is asked for a solution for reusing part of the waste collected. Axis 3: Waste that cannot be reused will be directed to the waste disposal centre of the technical services of the Greater Reims Urban Community where it will be sorted in accordance with the sorting instructions of the waste collection centres. The cost of waste treatment is not borne by the holder.
