The subject of the contract is the delivery of a brand new, electric bus of the MINI class with an external mobile charger, for the needs of the Boguszów-Gorce Commune.

The subject of the contract is the delivery (purchase) of an electric bus for the needs of the Boguszów-Gorce Commune. As part of the performance of the contract, the contractor's tasks include:

a) delivery of an electric bus of the MINI class (vehicle category M3) with an external mobile charger, brand new (manufactured not earlier than 12 months before the delivery date), unused, low-floor urban, having documents constituting the basis for vehicle registration valid as at the date of delivery of the vehicle with its equipment specified in the description of the subject of the contract (constituting Annex 1 to the contract in question). The vehicle is to meet the requirements set out in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (i.e. Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022, as amended) and in the description of the subject of the contract constituting Annex 1 to the contract,

b) training by the Contractor of the Ordering Party's employees in the use of the vehicle and loader,

c) providing the following operating instructions, vehicle repair manuals, catalogue of spare parts for the vehicle, specifications of the main bus assemblies, devices and systems, specifications of the software operating the devices or systems of the bus, software with licences in a quantity allowing free use of all functionalities of the bus.
