1. The item of the order is the delivery of printers for the Władysław Strzemiński Academy of Fine Arts in Łódź.
2. A detailed description of the object of the order, technical parameters of the computer equipment can be found in the annexes to SWZ: LCh-D, Kw-D, KK-D.
3. Specified in the attachments LCh-D, Kw-D, KK-D to SWZ technical parameters are minimum requirements meaning that the Contractor can offer models that comply with minimum requirements or models with more efficient processors (while maintaining technology), more RAM, a larger HDD drive, a larger HDD, a larger number of I/O ports (of a given type), no shorter warranty, etc.
4. The offer for its validity must include all items. The Contracting Authority shall not allow tenders for individual items in the course of the proceedings.
5. The description of the item of the order should be read along with any changes to the content of the specification, which are, for example, the result of responses to contractors” queries.

6. All requirements set out in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and fulfilment shall be obligatory. Failure to comply with the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226 (1) (5) of the Law Pzp.
7. The offered item of the order will be complete and ready for use after installation without any additional purchases or investments on the Ordering Party.
8. The Contractor declares that the delivered object of the order will be factory new, unreconditioned and free from factory and legal defects and that he has all the legal certificates and certificates required.
9. The delivered item of the order shall not be older than six months from the date of manufacture of the equipment.
10. Delivery of the item of the order will be at the expense and risk of the Contractor.
11. The Contracting Authority requires the subject of the contract to comply with the requirements of applicable Polish law as well as the law of the European Union, to be admitted to the market and have the required valid documents declaring admission to use within the EU, and to comply with other requirements (standards, parameters), defined by the Ordering Party in the SIWZ.
12. The subject of delivery must comply with the requirements of Polish standards carrying European harmonised standards or, in the absence of them, European technical approvals, common technical specifications, Polish standards transferring European standards, Polish standards introducing standards international, Polish standards, Polish technical approvals.
