The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management in accordance with the definition in Article 6 paragraph 1 point 1 of the Act of 28 September 1991 on forests (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2022, item 672) covering works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, logging and skidding, tourist forest management and water drainage to be performed in the Namysłów Forest District in 2023.

2) The material scope of the subject of the contract includes the total amount of works in the field of forest breeding and protection, fire protection, timber harvesting and harvesting, tourist forest management and water melioration resulting from Annex 2 to the SWZ, which consists of:

Appendix No. 2.2 - detailed size of works by groups of activities, activities and locations;

Appendix No. 2.3.1 – characteristics of forestry in the field of timber harvesting;

Appendix No. 2.3.2 – assortment system of timber harvesting in forestry;

Attachment No. 2.3.3 – a list of distances and conditions of wood harvesting;

Appendix No. 2.3.4 – list of items with additional difficulties in the field of harvesting and skidding;

Appendix No. 2.3.5 – list of items not made available for machine acquisition;

Appendix No. 2.3.6 – information on the optimal technology of obtaining wood (potential);

Attachment No. 2.4.1 - information on the nature of forest care (zones for mowing weeds);

Appendix No. 2.4.2 - a list of items not available for renewals carried out with the help of a planter;

4) Quality standards relating to all relevant features of the subject of the contract are specified in Annex No. 3 to the SWZ, which consists of: Appendix No. 3.1 - "Description of the standard of technology for the performance of forest works" adopted by Decision No. 34 of the General Director of the State Forests of 12 May 2022 on the introduction of the "Description of the standard of forestry technology" in organizational units of the State Forests together with the amendments introduced by amending decisions; Appendix No. 3.2 - "Description of the regional standard of forestry technology" adopted by Decision No. 62 of the Director of the Regional Directorate of State Forests in Katowice of 21.09.2022 on the introduction of the regional "Description of the forestry technology standard" in the forest districts of the RDSF in Katowice together with the amendments introduced by amending decisions;

5) A description of the rules of the procedure for the acceptance of forest works is included in Annex 3 to the SWZ.

6) The implementation of works included in the subject of the contract for individual Packages will take place in the area of forests – appropriate for a given Package ("Package Implementation Area"). The location (forest address) of individual forest works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement indicated in the annexes included in Annex 2 is preliminary. The location (forest address) of individual works falling within the scope of the Subject of the Agreement will be specified in the Order referred to in point 3.3. point 1), with the proviso that it will always be the Package Implementation Area.

The contracting authority provides for the possibility of awarding contracts referred to in Article 214(1)(7) of the Public Procurement Law within a period of 3 years from the date of award of the basic contract. The material scope of the services covered by the contracts referred to in the previous sentence will not exceed 50% of the value of this contract and they will be awarded after a separate procedure under the single source procurement procedure.
