The Zentralbahn is looking for entrepreneurs for the realisation of new buildings and renovations of several engineering structures in the rack and pinion section on the route between Giswil and Kaiserstuhl (km 29,450 – km 32,044). The works will be advertised in 4 lots. The execution takes place in one stage.

Main works on all lots:

-Renewal or rehabilitation of stream passage (2 pcs.)

-Replacement or new bridges (5 pcs.)

-New construction of retaining walls (4 pcs)

-Renovation of various retaining walls

-Sub- and superstructure renewal (1'720 m)

-Entwässerungsleitungen (ca. 1'800 m)

-Cable duct/cable duct block (approx. 1'750 m)

-Cable shafts (approx. 15 pcs.)

Main amounts:

-Bored piles d=90 cm; total 120 m

-Concrete 1'200m3

-Gravel 4'000 m3

-Zahnstangengleis 1’720 m

-Repair of retaining walls (joint renovations) 1'200 m2

-New retaining walls 360 m2

-Contact wire available during the entire construction period (height limit for vehicles used)
