The subject of the contract are services in the field of forest management as defined in Article 6(1)(1) of the Forest Act of 28 September 1991 (i.e.: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 1356 – "Forest Act") including works in the field of timber harvesting and harvesting to be performed in the Bircza Forest District in 2024.
