The present draft is based on the grid dimensions of the originally planned modular construction. Floor plans / architecture are to be adopted and only revised with regard to changing the module grid in masonry dimensions and, if necessary, adapting the non-educational areas. Thus, service phase 3 of the HOAI is only to be provided in parts.
The outer wall to parcel 42 (now after-school care center) is to be planned / produced in such a way that a connection to another building on corridor 42 (for approx. 50 children) can be erected there without any problems (without major demolition measures) at an as yet undetermined point in time / can be grown.
According to the current state of planning, the eight necessary parking spaces are to be realized on a neighboring property or in the street area.
Due to the soil conditions, which result in detail from the subsoil report of the building site test center Brandenburg dated September 7, 2018 (Annex 2), the groundwater level in the ex tremendous case is 50-60 cm below the surface of the terrain. This will likely make it difficult for all of the rainwater to seep into the property. There is a rainwater canal in Gottlieb-Daimler-Straße, which can be used as an overflow. In addition, the report states that there is Z2 soil on the property and that a partial soil replacement will therefore be necessary. Further details can be found in the report of September 7, 2018.
